Come and join in the grande finale of Granda’s island festival. A day of participatory workshops and fun celebrating ideas and creativity about the book ‘Granda’s island’ by internationally known local writer and illustrator Benji Davies.
I will be ready with good old fashioned typewriters for you to send beautifully made letters for your loved ones in your life.
Do you remember the old fashioned air letter form? Well we will be writing, drawing and creating onto versions of these forms. If you missed flight writers at The Walthamstow garden party this summer, you’ll be able to catch us at the park 11 til 5.30 with our good old fashioned typewriters.
Ages 3+ are welcome to type. All ages can create their own version of a letter. Free, family fun day!
